The person
One-on-one work with a senior executive. Decisions, role, relationships with the team — and what is left of you at the end of the day.

Burnout is the most common reason leaders come to me. And it is almost never just about workload.
Maybe there is a lot of responsibility and very little real freedom to decide. Maybe you have long disagreed with what you are doing, but keep going because “you can’t just drop everything”. Or relationships in the team take more energy than the work itself.
I have been through burnout in a big role myself, and through the fear that “everyone is about to find out I can’t cope” when moving up a level. You won’t need to explain to me what a performance review or a board meeting feels like.
Focus
For one decision that has been waiting too long: whether to let a director go, whether to take the promotion, why every conversation with one person ends the same way.
Growth
For a new role or the next level. The first hundred days decide a lot. Together we work out what kind of leader this role needs — and what kind you can be in it.

What stays between us
The contract and invoice go to the company. We agree the goals of the program together: you, me and your manager or HR. After that the company knows the goals and that sessions are taking place.
What we talk about stays between you and me. I don’t change that condition for anyone.
Let’s start with a conversation
Thirty minutes, free of charge. You tell me what is going on; I tell you honestly whether working with me makes sense.
